We work with DHL. Here you will receive a tracking number, which you can use to track your shipment.
We offer international shipping. The delivery costs differ depending on the quantity and country category. Please write to hello@toweltogo.com for information in advance.
You have 14 days after receiving the goods to report the case. Please write an email to hello@toweltogo.com with a detailed description of the complaint and we will take care of everything else. We will pay the return shipping fee. After receipt of the goods in our warehouse, the money will be refunded.
Important; the tracking number for the return should be kept for your security until the return is completed.
The delivery time within Germany is 3-5 working days. Furthermore the delivery times differs depending on the country and can take up to 2 weeks.

The customer bears the return shipping fee himself. After receipt of the undamaged goods in our warehouse, the money will be refunded. Products and product packaging must not be damaged.
